Southeast
Texas Janitorial, LLC (SE TX Janitorial) has
its roots in North Texas with its mother-company, Building
Contractors, Incorporated (BCI Janitorial).
Esther De Leon founded BCI Janitorial in 1992. Her son,
Oscar De Leon, expanded the operations into Houston in 2003.
With God's blessing, the Houston branch prospered and evolved
into Southeast Texas Janitorial, LLC.
